Banner will be down for financial year-end processing on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 8:00 AM. This requires that these applications be unavailable from that time until approximately 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
The following applications will not be available during this time:
• Banner Admin Pages (INB): Finance, HR/PY, Admissions, AR, Financial Aid and Student, Banner Self Service Finance, Employee, Financial Aid and Academic Services
• eBill tile in MyPortal will redirect to College of Charleston outage page, DegreeWorks, Touchnet, MarketPlace, Axiom, POSM, eProcurement, BDMS, WorkFlow
• MarketPlace will be unavailable starting on the afternoon of Friday, June 27 until the morning of Tuesday, July 1.
• The Housing online deposit portal will be closed down as of 3:00 PM June 27.
• All deposits for the Treasurer’s Office should be delivered no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, June 27th. No funds received should remain undeposited by June 27th. The Treasurer’s Office will be open starting at 8:30 AM on July 1st.
