Flex / Flex PARCS Service Issue - Update
June 18, 2025

T2 Systems is still actively working on resolving the reported issues with T2 Flex and Flex PARCS. We do not have an ETA for resolution at this time.

The issue may be impacting all Flex and Flex PARCS related services including magstripe payment, customers with managed LTE devices, and FlexPort credit card capture pages. This is not an all-inclusive list and other functionality may be impacted with Flex and Flex PARCS systems.

Additionally, if you do not utilize the aforementioned services and are operationally unaffected, please safely ignore this email.

Please know that we are actively working to resolve this issue and return these services to fully functional operation as soon as possible.

Updates will be provided as soon as possible.
